Things I like #8

Givenchy Haute Couture 2012
I've always been a really big fan of fashion house Givenchy and designer Riccardo Tisci. The more I find out about him, the more interesting he (seems to) become.

The Fall Winter Haute Couture 2012 Collection is really beautiful, very delicate and light. Also a very big fan of the 2011 Restortwear Collection.

Also, very interested in Tisci's religion-inspired issue of Visionaire , "created in collaboration with Givenchy. The issue falls in line with Tisci’s own profound interest in religion and its current role in not only culture but fashion as well."
"A work of art in itself, taking a little over a year to make, Visionaire 60 is a leather-wrapped, 228-page, hard-bound book inspired by a church altarpiece. Printers in Italy who specialize in black-and-white produced the pages, while Givenchy made the case, a box sourced from antique reclaimed wood in China. Upon opening the box, a scent created by Givaudan perfumer Yann Vasnier emerges, evoking memories of the incense burned in the Catholic Church."

I would buy one if it didn't cost almost $500.
